- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately.

- Efficiently own and resolve customer issues with empathy and effectiveness.

- Follow up with customers for any additional information needed.

- Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools.

- Be flexible with rotational night shifts (US Shifts) as per business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates or undergraduates with strong customer handling skills and fluency in English.

- Comfortable with rotational night shifts (US Shifts).

- Experience is preferred but freshers are also welcome.

- Should be comfortable working from the office in Bangalore.
