Hard Skills:

- Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or software development.

- Proficiency in data/analytics technologies, especially Microsoft Azure and Power BI.

- Expertise in the following Technical Stack: ADF, ADLS, SQLDB, DataBricks (Python/Scala), Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure Functions, SharePoint, ML.

- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.

- Service Spirit & Teamwork, Collaboration.

- Result Orientation.

- Self-motivated and proactive.
