What We Are Looking For: We seek individuals with a strong work ethic, who thrive both independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidates are self-starters, intellectually curious, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality standards are met through resolution of issues.
- Review and resolve content based on guidelines.
- Identify and report trends and patterns promptly.
- Provide insights to enhance user support.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of processes and policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (excluding law).
- Freshers with fluency in Hindi and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service (chat/email/voice).
- Strong probing and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
