Experience: 2 - 8 years in US Healthcare AR Calling voice

Preferred Skills: Excellent communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyze accounts receivable data to identify reasons for underpayment, assess days in A/R, and pinpoint top denial reasons.

- Conduct pre-call analysis by contacting payers directly or utilizing IVR or web portal services to check claim status.

- Maintain thorough documentation in client software to facilitate the submission of necessary documentation to insurance companies, ensuring a clear audit trail for future reference.

- Perform post-call analysis to follow up on claims effectively.

- Deliver accurate product/service information to customers, conducting research on available documentation such as authorizations, nursing notes, and medical records on client systems, and interpreting explanation of benefits received before initiating calls.
