Job Summary:

As a Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in driving critical initiatives within the Lending Simplification roadmap. From process enhancements to system implementations, your responsibilities will span a spectrum of activities aimed at ensuring successful deployment and adoption of changes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Evaluate business processes, analyze requirements, and implement solutions for improvement.

- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, eliciting, analyzing, and validating business needs.

- Create process models, specifications, and diagrams to guide project teams effectively.

- Communicate changes and modifications of business requirements to project stakeholders.

- Participate in Quality Assurance to ensure optimal functionality of solutions.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

- Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in business analysis or loan servicing, preferably in commercial lending or financial industry.

- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of investment banking products, including loans.

- Proven track record in driving medium to large-sized projects with tangible results.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.

- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
