Job Description:-
* Conducting Recruitment process at the unit Level.
*Handling monthly payroll, attendance and yearly forms for employees.
*Follow up on confirmation records and Statutory obligations- PF,ESIC, Gratuity,Bonus.
* Support the team in conducting meetings and trainings at plant level.
Skills required
* Good in communication both written and Oral (English, Kannada).
*Attention to Detail.
*Time Management.
