**Opportunity Details:**

1. **Program Controls Role:** B.Tech in Civil/PG in Construction Management/Project Management or MBA with an Engineering background, MBA in Analytics.

2. **Win Work/Business Development:** Graduates with analytical & communication skills.

3. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in construction, planning, project controls, project management, project coordination, proposal writing/business development.

4. **Academic Performance:** Minimum 60% in graduation & post-graduation.

5. **Skills:** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and data science is desirable.

6. **Bonus:** Experience/knowledge of Primavera P6, MSP, Ecosys, EVA, and proficiency in French.
